Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel an order for free before it is marked "Packed" from your Orders page. Once packed or dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Live plants, microgreens, salads and fresh produce are perishable and non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, share a photo within 24 hours of delivery to hello@qukrt.com and we will replace or refund it.

Sealed organic essentials can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging. Return pickup is subject to serviceability.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued to your saved bank account.

QKT redeemed on a cancelled order is credited back to your Hive wallet. Tier progression is not reversed on refunds.
