By accessing or using URBHIV you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.

You must be 18+ to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

URBHIV curates verified Indian growers and organic makers. For most listings we act as a facilitator between you and the vendor. Where URBHIV is the seller of record, it is stated on the product page.

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors, or delivery zone limits.

URBHIV currently delivers to select South Chennai pincodes. Orders outside the serviceable area will be cancelled and refunded.

Hive tier progression and QKT balances are loyalty benefits, not currency. They have no cash value and may be revoked in cases of fraud or policy abuse.

You agree not to resell, scrape, or abuse the platform, or impersonate any grower or URBHIV staff.

URBHIV and its vendors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
