Delivery zone

URBHIV currently delivers only to serviceable South Chennai pincodes. Your pincode is validated at checkout.

Delivery windows

  • Live plants & microgreens: 1–3 working days.
  • Organic essentials & pantry: 2–4 working days.
  • Fresh produce & salads: next-day slots where available.

Delivery charges

Delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on order weight and pincode. QKT rewards can be redeemed against delivery charges in fixed presets (250, 500, 1000, 2000 QKT).

Order tracking

You will receive order status updates by email and in your account under Orders.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, the order will be returned to the grower and refunded to your original payment method minus applicable return handling.
